Norwell Dollars for Scholars recipients are selected by an independent committee not affiliated with DFS.  All scholarships must be used for postsecondary education in the academic year immediately following the year in which it was awarded.  Any recipient of a scholarship postponing postsecondary attendance, for any reason, will forfeit his/her scholarship and the scholarship funds will be returned to the scholarship fund.
